Every great recipe carries a memory. For Madan, that memory began during Ramadan visits to Irfan’s home. Irfan’s mother would lovingly prepare a simple sweet made from dates – soft, nourshing, and full of warmth. It wasn’t just food; it was a moment. Friends gathered, laughter flowed, and those date treats were shared with joy. year after year. Life changed when Irfan’s mother passed away. The following Ramadan felt different. When Madan, Irfan. and their friends cametogether again her absence was deeply felt. In that moment of nostalgia. they decided to recreat her recipe- hoping to relive even a part of those memories. They tried. Their friends loved it. But something was missing. Tahe taste wasn’t same. Years later, that memory became the foundation of the Humera foods, founded in 2025 by Irfan and Madan Gopal. Our first product. Date Bites, is oyrur heartfelt attempt to bring back the warmth, honesty, and simplicity of that original recipe. it may never replace her touch but with every bites, we hope you taste the care, tradition, and love that inspired it
