2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
  • Damage caused due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
  • Delay in delivery caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Reason for the refund request
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Our team will review your request within 2–5 business days.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds generally take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the payment was made through Cash on Delivery (COD), our support team will contact you to arrange the refund.

5. Replacement

Where appropriate, HumeraFoods may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Every product manufactured by HumeraFoods undergoes quality checks before dispatch. If you experience any quality-related issue, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it promptly.
